It's always frustrating when a product doesn't quite meet your expectations. At Leeff.com, you can return your product within 14 days without giving a reason. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their labels attached, and unused.

Return Shipping Procedure
Package the products securely and protect them from breakage, using the original shipping packaging. Include the completed return slip in the package and clearly address the package. Visit a shipping point near you and ensure the package is sufficiently stamped.

Once the return package is received in good condition, we will process it administratively in our system and (if applicable) refund the purchase amount to your bank account. You will receive an email confirmation from us once the return has been processed (within 7 to 14 days).
